Waveform Ribbon

A glowing oscilloscope ribbon that traces the shape of your sound.

A luminous oscilloscope stretched across your screen: a ribbon of light that bends and ripples into the shape of whatever's playing, bass rolling through as long slow swells and treble shivering across as fine ripple. With the audio permission granted it reads your system audio live, layering a few softer echo traces behind the main line for depth. Tune the amplitude and line weight, add or remove echo ribbons, mirror it about the center, and recolor the gradient.
