Meteor Shower

Meteors rain down past a giant planet, flaring as they graze its air.

A great planet hangs in frame while a meteor shower streaks out of a radiant overhead and rains down across the sky toward it. The closer a meteor falls the brighter it burns, and any that graze the planet's thin atmosphere flare out in a bright streak along the rim before fading. Set the fall rate and speed, stretch or shorten the trails, recolor the meteors, the planet and its atmosphere, and toggle the background stars, the atmosphere halo, the impact flares and the glow.
